Wellbeing
- We offer our employees a whole host of benefits that they can choose from to best suit their life, each person gets £1500 a year to spend on gym memberships, private medical/dental care, and a number of other things they can select from our benefits portal from the day they are employed. As well as this we have quarterly socials for the whole company funded by AL as well as a number of informal socials planned by the team themselves.
