Are you ready to step into the dynamic world of cybersecurity? Paysafe is searching for highly motivated Threat Intelligence Analysts to join our Cyber Threat Management team. You'll play a vital role in safeguarding Paysafe and the Financial Technology/Finance industry against cyber threats while staying vigilant in the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.

Responsibilities

As a Threat Intelligence Analyst at Paysafe, you will:

Monitor Cyber Threats

  • Keep a watchful eye on cyber threats affecting Paysafe and the FinTech sector.
  • Capture attacker techniques, indicators of compromise, and objectives to enhance our defenses.
  • Conduct proactive investigations using various tools to track and profile cyber threat actors and activities.
  • Assist in developing detection logic to intercept cyber threat campaigns.

Enhance Defenses

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust security measures.
  • Translate technical reports into actionable insights.
  • Ensure timely response to alerts from threat intelligence providers.
  • Distribute actionable intelligence to relevant teams across the organization.

Document and Report

  • Document processes and procedures in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports, ensuring relevance to the audience.
  • Contribute to the development of metrics and details used for subsequent analysis.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle and analytical techniques.
  • Experience in SOC Analyst, Intelligence Analysis, Cyber Threat Hunting, or Cyber Crime investigations.
  • Understanding of the Mitre ATT&CK framework and its application in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with the NIST Security Framework.
  • Proficiency in SIEM platforms, endpoint detection and response, and related query languages.
  • The ability to interpret technical outputs of security tools, log files, threat actor reports, and malware sandboxes.
  • Experience using open-source tools like VirusTotal, Passive DNS, and WHOIS.
  • Exposure to Threat Intelligence Platforms.
  • Cybersecurity qualifications like CEH or SANS courses are desirable but not mandatory.
  • A thirst for learning and developing additional skills such as scripting and coding.
