Finance Analyst

About the Role

Are you a hardworking and motivated financial analyst? Peloton is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our International Financing Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across International Supply Chain, Payroll, and corporate departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and resourceful, with strong attention to detail and a desire to dive into the data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and corporate leaders to provide budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting in close collaboration with functional leads in international supply chain and corporate expenses.
• Support the monthly close process through partnership with Accounting and the Global FP&A team based in New York City.
• Help with monthly and quarterly internal reporting, including driving insightful analyses to explain trends and variances to plans.
• Serve as the link between the global finance organization, corporate teams, and management.
• Identify key trends and potential risks and opportunities across the business.
• Assist in cross-functional work to evaluate strategic initiatives and associated financial impacts and help incorporate them into financial plans.
• Create ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional leaders and management.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Educational background in finance, economics, accounting, or mathematics preferred.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Office Suite, and financial modeling.
• Proactive and highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
• Industry experience in SaaS-based technology companies, retail, consumer products, and/or media preferred.
• Experience with international consolidation and reporting is a plus.
