As a Graduate Digital Asset Management professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering climate-responsible growth, connecting people, protecting the environment, and meeting emission reduction targets. Responsibilities

  • Join our team in London starting in September 2023.
  • Participate in the assessment center in March as the first stage of our interview process, followed by an in-business interview.
  • Collaborate with experienced Construction, Design, and Asset Management specialists to deliver effective infrastructure solutions.
  • Work on a wide range of infrastructure projects, from concept design to construction and full asset management with data-driven decision making.
  • Engage with the Analytics and Asset Management team, comprising railway and digital project delivery experts, to deliver projects of all sizes.
  • Gain an intricate understanding of IT and Asset Management delivery within the UK Rail sector.
  • Visit project locations, observe various project lifecycle stages, and interact with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and business development.
  • Receive intensive training to understand the railway in the UK and develop a personal development plan with your line manager.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, resolve problems, and reach agreements.
  • Goal-oriented mindset, determined to meet deadlines and targets even in challenging situations.
  • Comfortable working with complex numerical and technical language and information.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
