Responsibilities

• Trading Analytics: Conduct market analysis, predicting supply-demand dynamics to inform trading decisions.
• Trading Fusion Analytics: Empower traders with data-driven tools for effective decision-making.
• Trading Risk & Compliance: Support trading functions, ensuring accurate risk control and compliance.
• Planning & Performance: Develop trading performance monitoring processes, annual business plans, and strategic alignment.

Requirements

Eligibility criteria for this role:

• A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject
• Graduating in 2024 or having graduated in the last 3 years (2023-2021)
• Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• An interest in financial markets and excellent communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and leadership capabilities
