Graduate Project Manager

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Project Managers in the seamless delivery of projects for our existing framework contracts across the UK, serving both DNO and private clients.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborate with the Project Management team to achieve overall Profit Centre and Business Unit objectives by maintaining high safety standards and driving continuous improvement in operations.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Enhance efficiency to optimize project performance and profitability.
• Assist in the management and coordination of sub-contractors, including builder works, joinery works, civil works, asbestos works, and more.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and personal attributes:

• A degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering is essential and is keen to progress into a Project Management role
• Experience with DNO Authorisations would be advantageous but not essential
• Customer focused thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills for communication at all levels
• Sound technical knowledge, a positive safety culture and strong technical awareness
• Have good knowledge of the electrical engineering services industry and utility markets
