Program

Our Software Engineering Early Careers Program is your gateway to an 18-month journey of learning, growth, and impactful delivery within our Software Engineering teams. Join us in either our Care or Partner pillars, undertaking three defined rotations.

Rotations may include:

• IOS, Android, Front End, Back End, and Test Automation across diverse tech stacks.

Responsibilities: Unlock Your Potential

• Design, Code, and Test: Assist in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions under the guidance of experienced teams.
• Project Support: Work on assignments, supporting the team in delivering duties and achieving project milestones.
• Technical Solutions: Support the review, analysis, and modification of technical solutions.
• Collaboration: Engage in project activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Test Automation: Contribute to writing automated unit and acceptance tests with help from other engineers within the team.

Requirements: What We Seek

• Tech Savvy: Basic software or coding knowledge with an understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Educational Background: A related degree or bootcamp qualifications/experience are advantageous but not necessary.
