Responsibilities

As a Junior Machine Learning Engineer at Beauhurst, you will play a crucial role in expanding our machine learning capabilities and helping our customers make data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Research & Evaluation: Understand specific business requirements and assess their potential improvement through data products or machine learning solutions.
• Develop Proofs of Concept: Investigate possible solutions to problems and create proof of concepts to evaluate their feasibility with available resources.
• Production & Development: Craft data products, machine learning models, or algorithms that integrate seamlessly with our platform, and ensure their maintenance and documentation.
• Monitor: Continuously monitor production systems to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of value.
• Communicate and Mentor: Share findings, ideas, risks, successes, and failures with colleagues of varying technical skill levels.

Requirements

While there is no one-size-fits-all for this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience with both backend (such as Python, Ruby, PHP, node, etc.)
• Familiarity with a Python web framework (like Django, flask or fastAPI) and a javascript framework (such as vue, React, Angular or Ember)
