Summary

As a Junior Project Manager at BDP, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects across multiple sectors. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring that project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure that projects stay on track

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, architecture, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Excel
• Knowledge of building construction processes and materials is a plus
