Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Handle and resolve client support incidents through phone, email, and chat. Document your interactions and resolutions.
  • Investigate Issues: Dive deep into client inquiries to find the root cause and provide timely, informative support.
  • GUI Configuration: Set up GUIs so our users can easily access trade information on their home screens.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines.
  • EOD File Configuration: Configure End of Day files for trade communication and compliance purposes.
  • Incident Documentation: Record details of incidents for escalation, including bugs and improvement suggestions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Development teams to escalate issues and ensure swift resolutions.

This individual will report to our head of client services and will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to the Company’s clients. Success in the role with be achieved by obtaining a sufficient understanding of LiquidityBook’s software solutions and employing effective written and verbal communication skills to (a) provide clients with high-quality, informative customer support and incident resolution and (b) provide concise, complete documentation of incident facts for development or project manager escalation.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
  • Experience: 2-3 years preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical aptitude and a passion for solving complex issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Fast Learner: Proficiency in quickly learning new systems and technologies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal project managers, developers, and external clients.
